Placing an Order

The following is required to process your order:

1. Your name, address, and telephone number (day and evening).

2. Your e-mail address for progress reports.

3. A detailed list of services you want done.

4. Valve lift of the cam that are currently using.

5. A 50 percent deposit (see below).

With your order, please include an amount equal to one-half of the quoted estimate in negotiable funds: credit card, money order, cashiers check, bank draft, etc.

We accept VISA and MasterCard. Call our Customer Service Line with your credit card order: 805-481-6300. (NOTE: Please add 8% handling charge with credit card orders.)

Foreign shipments must be prepaid in full, including shipping cost. All non-negotiable checks will be sent to your bank for collection prior to return shipment. The collection fee will be charged to your account. We discourage the use of this kind of check because it can delay the completion of your job considerably.

For extra-fast service contact us by telephone prior to your shipment. We recommend that you phone us before you ship to answer any questions that you may have.

Do not send cash! All payments sent by mail must be “Registered Return Receipt Requested” at the Post Office.

Shipping Instructions

If you're going to be shipping your cylinder heads or anything else to us, read this!

UPS is our preferred shipper in the USA. When preparing to ship to us, be sure to use a bag for each head. Then, for aluminum heads, pack each bagged pair in a box, with at least one inch of packing material around each head.

For cast iron heads, use one box per head with ample packing and place the two boxes in one container for shipping. If received broken we will inform you, and if you decide to go ahead, repair of the broken parts will be charged to your account. UPS insurance is not reliable compensation for repair costs.
